Siapa Growth Hacker?
Growth Hacker (atau Growth Marketer / Growth Engineer) adalah role yang fokus pada pertumbuhan metric bisnis (user, revenue, retention) melalui eksperimen cepat lintas fungsi — marketing, produk, data, engineering.
Berbeda dari digital marketer biasa: growth hacker bukan cuma iklan. Mereka bisa fokus ke onboarding (produk), referral (fitur), SEO (tech), atau retention (email).
Istilah populer dari Silicon Valley (~2010), pencetus: Sean Ellis (mantan growth lead Dropbox).
Tugas Utama
- Identifikasi bottleneck di funnel (awareness → activation → retention → revenue → referral)
